Cash on Delivery (COD)

3) No extra fees are charged for using COD.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

1) Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number.


2) The tracking link will become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or Lost Items

1) All products are shipped with care in sturdy packaging to avoid transit damage.


2) If your order arrives damaged or tampered, Modvilaa will take full responsibility.
