RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY – MODVILLA

# Exchange & Return Process
Modvilla offers an easy and hassle-free Exchange and Return policy for garments purchased on Modvilla. Please note the following guidelines:
1) Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2) Exchange requests must be raised within 10 days of delivery.
3) Accessories, including wallets, belts, ties, and perfumes, are not eligible for return or exchange.
4) We accept partial returns, but sets (e.g., suit sets or combos) must be returned completely.
📹 We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This will help us process refunds or claims in case of any discrepancies or damage.
# Terms & Conditions for Return & Exchange
1) Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with all tags intact.
2) Any product tagged with “No Return” must be returned with the tag untouched for it to be eligible.
3) Returns and exchanges are valid only for products of the same or higher value.
4) Return pickups are subject to courier service availability in your area.
# Cancellation & Refund
1)You may cancel your order within 24 hours or before dispatch by visiting your My Orders section.
2) In case of unavailability of a product, you will be informed within 2 working days and offered a refund or alternate product.
Refunds will be granted under these scenarios:
1) Defective or damaged product
2) Wrong product delivered
3) Product lost in transit
Refunds will not be provided for:
1) Minor color or design variations
2) Products returned in a used or damaged condition
💳 Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after the returned item passes quality check. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
